Bracelets and watch with wavy leather cord

Autumn is in full swing, and with it comes our newly acquired wave‑edged leather cords — available in five beautiful, autumn‑inspired colours.

Here, we show you how these wavy leather cords can be used as bracelets, adorned with various beads and charms and, in one case, a watch.

The watch‑bracelets have become particularly popular. Both the bracelets and the watch‑bracelet are finished with magnetic clasp locks.

For this bracelet, we used the following materials:

Approx. 39cm wave-edged flat leather cord, dark green
1 pc. gilded magnetic clasp, matte
11 pc. gilded brass ring, twisted
+ adhesive

gold-plated magnetic clasp for bracelets

Cut the leather to your desired length, attach the beads and charms you want, and then glue both ends of the leather into the sockets of the magnetic clasp. Apply a thin layer of adhesive along the inner walls of the clasp’s sockets and gently press the cord and clasp together so the glue spreads evenly throughout. If you are using the simple magnetic clasp with a cap, remember to separate the two clasp components before applying the adhesive and inserting the cords — otherwise you risk gluing the entire locking mechanism shut.

This method is used for all the bracelets and for the watch‑bracelet.
