Silver & silver-plated jewellery parts
Here you find a large selection of jewellery parts such as beads, pendants, bead caps and spacing beads made of sterling silver, black oxidised silver or silver plated brass. Our selection of silver- or silver plated jewellery components as well as sterling silver jewelry parts range widely from delicate filigree pendants to solid beads embellished with zirkonia. At Smyks we only use high quality 925-sterling silver for all our silver and gold plated-silver jewelry components. If the product description says the item is made of silver, then you can always count on it being genuine Sterling silver. Latest inspection report from the precious metal inspection can be found here.

Are you looking for some of the products in black oxidised silver and cannot find the specific item? In that case, you can easily oxidise the silver parts yourself with oxidation fluid, or, alternatively, you can ask us to do it for you. To read more about our oxidation service please click HERE.
Give your silver jewellery personality with delicate and whimsical charms
In our selection of silver jewellery parts, you will find everything your heart desires in terms of charms and silver pendants with motifs and symbols that can give your jewellery the finishing touch. We have both cute and fun ones with animals and classic symbols such as crosses, horseshoes and hearts. Of course, you will also find numbers and letters for name necklaces or bracelets.
When making jewellery with silver charms, you can let the pendant take centre stage by mounting it on a simple leather cord or a silver chain. You can also easily attach charms to a pearl necklace with either single-colour pearls or a mix of sizes, shapes and colours. Use a single charm or combine several different ones for an even more personal look. It's entirely up to you.
Create simple earrings with our many silver jewellery parts
If you have a penchant for earrings – especially the more eye-catching ones – you will love our silver-plated silhouette and filigree pendants. The silhouettes are made of very thin metal, about twice the thickness of the metal used for beverage cans. They are therefore very light, and you can attach large pendants to your earrings without being bothered by their weight.
If you choose to attach the pendants to a pair of hoop earrings, for example, you can do so without using any jewellery tools. This also makes it easy to replace the silver-plated pendants, depending on the look you are going for.
Let the small details in silver make the difference
It is often the small, well-thought-out details that elevate your homemade creations to jewellery with a real wow effect. And there are many ways to do this. For example, you can use tubes or spacers, which work particularly well on leather cords. Use a silver-plated tube on each side of a charm or use them to create space between the beads in a necklace or bracelet.
We also have a large selection of spacer beads and bead cups in silver and silver-plated brass. With small spacer beads, you can make the larger beads stand out even more, and you can make a pearl necklace look less heavy by adding small beads as a variation between larger beads. Bead cups can add the finishing touch to drilled beads used as charms in earrings or bracelets.
If you like silver-plated beads with crystals and zirconia, you can also take a look at our crystal-studded links and beads.
We always use real 925 silver for all our silver jewellery parts marked as silver.
If jewellery parts are labelled as silver, you can always be sure that they are made of genuine 925 sterling silver. You can find the latest inspection report from the precious metals inspection here. If you choose silver-plated jewellery parts, they will often be made of silver-plated brass. This is indicated when you click on the individual product. Therefore, always remember to check whether the item is listed as silver or silver-plated – this is the difference between pure sterling silver and another metal that has a silver coating. All our products in silver and silver-plated metals are, of course, nickel-free.
Are you missing some of the items in black oxidised silver? If so, you can easily colour the silver parts black yourself using oxidation liquid, or you can purchase colouring as an option when you buy the parts.
